Oatmeal Porter, porter con avena.

Today of course, porter is alive and well. This is so only because it has been by small brewers. These newcomers to the brewing scene struggle to find a niche in a world dominated by the big industrial brewers. For the most part they succeed, and with them, porters seems to have a new lease on life.

Goose Blates

Conservando el sabor característico de la Goose, hemos elaborado está Goose Blates, más intensa y robusta, complementando la suavidad de nuestra Pale Ale , pero con mayor amargor y cuerpo.

Una Winter Ale, la Goose Blates, con un color más rojizo, y espuma persistente. Con aroma a frutas maduras con un toque cítrico y notas florales. Conservando el sabor de la malta . Tiene un amargor medio-alto.

Tiene un poco más de graduación alcohólica 5,8º , aportando esa mayor fortaleza en su degustación. Marida como la Goose muy bien con todo tipo de cocina. Y es perfecta para su consumo durante los meses fríos del invierno. No hace falta servirla muy fría ya que se disfruta más su gran sabor a temperaturas entre 6ºC y 11ºC.

Nuestra primera cosecha de Blates, fue en Diciembre 2014.

Hemos querido que esta cerveza sea un homenaje a nuestro gran amigo Pablo Arrechea, y hemos querido plasmarlo en la etiqueta. De ahí el nombre de Blates.

Segarreta Miliet

De blat, refrescant

Cervesa blanca de blat. Típicament especiadai afruitada. Extremadament refrescant. Ideal per la primavera i l’estiu.
