Color castaño oscuro, espuma de color marrón claro. Trazas de vainilla y, por supuesto, chocolate.

Los sabores predominantes son el chocolate y la vainilla. En particular, el sabor fondant está muy presente en el paladar. En el regusto, el chocolate da paso al cilantro y al curaçao utilizados en la cerveza de trigo.
